Ad has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Strategic Human Resources. He holds an ICF Coaching Certification. Ad is certified in MBTI and Multi Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) facilitation, Best Self methodology and Meditation, and the Korn Ferry Leadership architect program. Ad has lived and worked in Europe, the United States and Asia, and is currently based in Amsterdam.
