Bénédicte is an Executive Coach, focused on improving leadership skills, confidence and focus, overcoming professional challenges, onboarding onto a new team or role, and improving performance.

She has experience with clients across industries including telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, education, and non-profit. As a volunteer for Dress for Success she acted as a mentor and participated in empowering women into the workforce by providing them with career services and skills development programs. She now coaches for the ICF Vancouver Non-Profit Leadership Coach Giving Program, helping leaders in non-profit organizations to build knowledge, skills and take their leadership to the next level.

Bénédicte draws from her multidisciplinary background that includes experience in luxury hospitality and marketing as well as an MBA, a Master’s in Career Consulting, PCC designation with the ICF, CPCC certified with the Coaches Training Institute and psychometric testing (Strong Interest Inventory) to provide a holistic approach to career development.

Bénédicte lives between Canada and France. She is fully fluent in English and French and offers her services in both languages.
