David A.

David Andrews is an Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, teams and organizations designing and delivering the conversations, pathways, and learnings to move clients towards greater awareness, effectiveness, and success.

David’s clients include The World Bank, The International Monetary Fund, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, The Comptroller of the Currency and many others.  Prior to launching his independent practice, he was on staff at the World Bank for nearly 10 years.  In this capacity, he facilitated effectiveness workshops with teams around the world helping to identify strengths and challenges and build actions towards greater success and improved experience.

David is trained in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global, Inc. and the Great Story Coaching program with Lucid Living.  He has significant practice in interpreting a number of 360 assessment tools with clients and is a regular connection for new students in the Leadership Circle 360 Certification program, helping them to debrief their own profiles prior to beginning their formal training.  He holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation.  A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active Coaching and Leadership programs He holds an MA in Education from Johns Hopkins University and BAs in both English and Political Science from the University of Maryland. He is based in Washington, DC.
