Melony is a diversity and inclusion specialist, as well as a succession planning and professional growth consultant. She focuses on leadership development and organizational evolution. She has worked with a variety of industries including aerospace and government, early childhood education, higher learning, as well as adult learning industries.
Melony has developed a love for facilitating training and development for leaders and team members. She finds facilitation work to be the best foundation to collaborate with and build training and professional development skills in others, while helping to provide some structure through the facilitation process.
Melony is currently completing her doctorate in Performance Improvement Leadership and is based in Fayetteville, Georgia.
