Management 101 Workshop *San Francisco Bay Area only

New and Experienced Managers

Includes:

  • 2-hour, 4-hour or 2×4-hour *in-person group sessions (15 participants max)
  • Working with SELF, TEAM MEMBERS, TEAM and the ORGANIZATION
  • Understanding the importance of communication for managers
  • Assessing your management skills against research-based best practices
  • Identifying different communication styles and how to flex to the styles of the team for greater impact
  • Understanding practices that make 1:1 meetings effective
  • Communicating feedback with greater objectivity, impact, and conciseness
  • Identifying actions that you will take to improve your management effectiveness
  • Developing a written on-boarding plan for your new reports
  • Learning and practicing coaching skills with your team
  • Designing and practicing skills for engaging team meetings
