Julie K.

Julie Klingel is an Executive Coach who brings over 20 years of experience as a business leader, program manager, and therapist. She has worked closely with senior management in the fields of healthcare, higher education, technology, and entertainment, and has experience in both not-for-profit and for-profit corporations. Julie combines genuine compassion and caring and deep listening with her extensive education and practical business experience to catalyze sustained growth and transformation in her clients.

For 13 years, Julie served as Graduate Faculty in Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. She recently completed a Certificate in Leadership & Organizations at the University of Denver focused on Organization Development. Julie also holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and maintains her license as a Marriage Family Therapist. Besides enjoying the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, she serves as a volunteer mediator for the City of Boulder.

She is certified in The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment, the Birkman Assessment, and MBTI and uses strength-based and integrative approaches to working with people. Julie believes that people are the bottom line to the success of any organization and she is committed to supporting others in liberating their potential to create lives of greater meaning.

Julie is a graduate of The Newfield Network coach training program and is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation. She is based in Boulder, Colorado.
