Karine G.

Karine is an experienced Executive and Team Coach, with an extensive background in leadership and change. As a Change Management consultant and a Human Resources professional between France and the United States for 15 years, she led major national and international projects of transformation across multiple industries, and trained several leaders in change management, project management, risk management and intercultural challenges. Karine partners with managers, C-suite and entrepreneurs, and invites them to take any change as a unique opportunity to grow their leadership.
Karine knows how to create a trusting relationship and develop a safe coaching environment that will inspire authenticity, openness, and courage. She is convinced that anyone, regardless of their history, has the resources to develop and achieve a level of confidence, performance and impact never met before. She also believes that no leader should settle for a good-enough situation that creates dissatisfaction, disengagement, and underperformance. With the right combination of pushing and caring, Karine inspires her clients to write their own story.
As an active member of a leadership community, Karine is involved in several leadership initiatives, like creating a mini-series podcast on the emergence of leadership in times of crisis. She leads a community of practice for international coaches and is a coach volunteer for two organizations supporting former entrepreneurs to rebound and women entrepreneurs to launch their business.
Karine is a Certified Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute, a certified MBTI practitioner and a facilitator in Immunity to Change. She is based in Lyon, France.
