Agata is an experienced Executive Coach passionate about organizational agility and leadership in complex business environments. Ten years of her corporate career in the ever-changing markets in countries such as China and Poland let her build up a practical understanding of challenges specific to different managerial positions in growing organizations.
Her previous experience as a Brand & Project Manager makes her exceptionally effective in areas such as managing diversity, purpose-driven performance, cross-functional collaboration, and situational leadership.
She has worked as an executive coach, facilitator or organizational agility trainer with clients such as Bel, IKEA, Adidas, IFF, Giti, Orica, Telepizza. She especially enjoys working with leaders who believe that great performance is achieved by supporting authentic human connections in the workplace.
In 2012–2015 Agata was a faculty member for the Coaches Training Institute and taught coaching courses in Shanghai and Beijing. Today she leads certification programs for HR Executives in the area of developing behavioral agility with the use of Agile Profile.
Agata is certified in the Agile Profile methodology and holds an International Coaching Certification from the Coaches Training Institute. She is based in Warsaw, Poland.
