Christine Silver is an Executive Coach, facilitator and human resources advisor. Christine worked for over a decade in human resources and started a coaching and training practice where she has developed over 2,000 leaders over the past decade.  Industries include high tech, non-profit, higher education, banking, city government, and more.  

Christine’s clients describe her as a good listener who doesn’t let them off the hook.  Her passion is maintaining strong communication in difficult situations, and she lives for those moments when a leader reports back, “I had that talk and it went great!”  Christine teaches and coaches with a practical approach and a strong emphasis on taking action and reviewing results.  A skilled and experienced speaker and stage performer, Christine can rock an audience of 600 people, facilitate a small group to solve problems or connect one-on-one to build awareness and skills.

Christine has completed coach training and participated in the leadership program with the Coaches Training Institute, and is a certified human resources professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). Christine is based in the Pacific Northwest.
