This program will engage you in a 3-part virtual delivery that provides you with a common language for what you naturally do best. Understanding and utilizing each team member’s talents builds self-confidence, increases productivity, and improves the overall performance of the team. This is designed for a group of managers/leaders who are not members of an intact team. Each of them wants to learn about their own strengths and be inspired on how strengths can be used within their own respective teams.

Leveraging Your Strengths

Participants gain a new appreciation for other people’s strengths and an awareness of how differences can be complementary and supportive. In this session, participants will:

  • Explore individual strengths to identify what you bring and what you need
  • Examine the power of partnerships to complement your Top 5
  • Share insights about how each person’s strengths can support you and others
Unleashing Your Uniqueness

You will have a new awareness of your strengths and an ability to call on what’s most needed in any situation. In this session, participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of the CliftonStrengths philosophy
  • Explore the meaning behind your Top 5 Strengths
  • Identify areas of your work where your talents can be leveraged for success
Strengths-based Teams

Participants develop a new lens to better understand and engage your team. Clarity on how this new lens can set your team up to thrive. In this session, participants will:

  • Review the Strengths-Based team model and determine how it can be a tool for elevating your team’s performance
  • Examine ways to utilize Strengths for continued personal and team development
  • Construct an action plan to pull together all program elements
